Amy Breckenridge is back from from the International Culinary School in New York and taking over the bakery! Look for fresh new baked goods to be steadily rolling out. She is now entering the process of integrating her new techniques into our kitchen space and getting used to our ovens so look for a steady increase over the next couple of months.

In the bakery: Peanut Butter Cookies, Raisin Oat Muffins, Cranapple Muffins, Chocolate Raspberry Muffins, Cran-Oat Bars, Almost Rye, Sweet Wheat, Pain Au Cereals (Spelt & Flax), Pain Au Lail (Herbed Garlic Bread), and Boa (Portugese Cornmeal Bread).
