Board Members Present: Luke Lundemo, Ann Herlihy, Amy Breckenridge, Barbara
Scobee, Nicole Jenkins, Karen Parker.
Absent: John McNeal.
Also present: Steve Whitlow, Bruce Fraiser.
A quorum was present.
The Board heard presentations by Trustmark representatives Carolyn
Champlin, Leslie Moore, Lessie Evans, Peggy P’pool who
presented information on retirement and profit-sharing plans for
employees.
The Board heard presentation by Alan French of Real Estate Solutions and Tony Jackson of Classic Gift Boutique on the Fondren Trolley.
Minutes Approved: July minutes were approved and seconded. August minutes were approved with changes.

Managers Report: Steve Whitlow reported.
Financial Report: Barbara Scobee reported. Budget for 2006-2007 was approved by Board.
Committee Reports:
Management evaluation/Staff Appeals Form: Management evaluation will take form of a Management Enhancement Survey which staff will complete anonymously. Form to be presented and put to vote at October Board meeting. Staff Appeals Form to be tabled until October meeting.
Disaster planning/Flooding issue: Luke awaiting quotes for generator.
