Rainbow Natural Grocery Annual Membership Meeting Minutes
The Cedars in Fondren

Charlotte Lundemo took minutes for the meeting. The meeting started at approximately 1:10pm.

There were approximately 60-80 persons present

Board Vice President, Daniel Johnson, began the meeting and introduced this year's
candidates for the board of directors. Each board candidate addressed the gathering.

Board Treasurer, John Goodman, gave a financial report showing the cooperative had a profitable year.

Rainbow Chief Executive Officer, Luke Lundemo, gave a report on the major events of the
year including breaking 5,000 in membership, paying off the last of the secured
debt from the chapter 11 filing, progressing toward the purchase of the
building and improving the drainage at the back of the property.

Rainbow Assistant Store Manager, Leigh Anne Lawson, and last year’s winner of The Walk
The Talk Award, Todd Goode, presented this year’s Walk the Talk award to Amy
Breckenridge. Scott Jenkins was the runner up.

The meeting recessed after a minute of silent reflection for everyone to complete their
voting and enjoy the vegetarian potluck meal.

When all the votes were counted the meeting reconvened and the results were announced.

Receiving full 3-year board terms were Scotta Brady, Suzie Foote and Todd Goode. The
first alternate is Julia Williams. There was a tie for second alternate between
Hollidae Robinson and Jonathan Ward.

Door prizes were drawn. Charlotte Goode won the $100 gift certificate at The Spa at St. Dominic’s. Amy Breckenridge won the $50 gift certificate at Fair Trade Green. Bill Rusk won the $50 gift certificate at Rainbow Natural Grocery Cooperative.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 2:40pm.
